You now will get delivery information for SMS shots sent from today onwards, so you can easily spot incorrect mobile numbers and see if the message was delivered. Just visit the marketing report for the sms shot (Search > Emails/SMS) click on the shot and you will see a report similar to the one below.

We have updated the Adobe Coldfusion Servers to run a new version of Java for improved performance (10%+) and security.

We will be keeping an eye on the servers to make sure they do not have a panic attack.

The reason for YapCRM Downtime yesterday has been isolated to a faulty hard drive in a RAID* array.

We took down Yap from 00:00 - 02:00 to resolve this issue. 

As we run all Hard Drives in RAID* no data was lost, we will watch the server over the next week to ensure this was the only reason for the unexpected downtime yesterday.

*RAID is a method for hard drives to replicate each other live, so if one fails the data is not lost.

There was an unexpected downtime from 11:10-11:35 today, apologise for any disruption.

One of the Hyper-V servers froze and a hard reboot was required. We will investigate this further outside of office hours.

Welcome 2012! We have made quite a few changes to welcome in the New Year.

We have increased the font size of the CRM and increased its width to improve layout and usability. Remember you can press "CTRL +" and "CTRL -" to zoom in and out if you wish to adjust the size of the CRM.

The search interface has been upgraded and improved and finally we have our new public site, which you can find here. Also we have introduced a free hardware upgrade which you can find more about here.

We will be moving over most of our clients during the holidays to new super dupa servers that santa is bringing, we expect to move most clients over to these new servers by New Year.

We have moved adding the subject to the same time as write your email and added the facility for the system to remember the subject of saved emails.

Any existing templates will need subjects adding to them.
